CardsJerry provides customized NFC cards, primarily for use as digital visiting cards. Each card is pre-programmed with a URL or profile page, based on the customer’s request.

3. User Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information for encoding on their NFC cards.
Misuse of NFC cards for illegal or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, and software provided by CardsJerry are the intellectual property of the company and may not be copied, reused, or modified without permission.

5. Payments and Pricing

All prices are in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned.
Payment must be completed in full before processing any order.
CardsJerry reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India via trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after order confirmation.
CardsJerry is not responsible for delays due to courier issues, natural calamities, or incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of NFC cards, returns are not accepted once the card is printed and encoded.
If the product is damaged or defective on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and proof of issue.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Limitation of Liability

CardsJerry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
